TriTech welcomes Guardian Elite Medical Services who will be implementing Respond CAD and Mobile in early 2018. Guardian has been in operation since 2011 providing emergency medical services and special event coverage to the City of Las Vegas and southern Nevada. Guardian will go live with Respond CAD and Mobile by March 1, 2018 with three ALS ambulances. The Respond CAD system will connect to Las Vegas Fire and Rescue's Inform CAD through TriTech's CAD-to-CAD interface, allowing them insight into the location and status of the Guardian ALS units and providing transparency between the agencies.

Arapahoe County, Colorado, has gone live with the first stage of a far-reaching public safety software integration that will provide an infrastructure for high performance dispatching and data sharing.The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office recently went live with TriTech’s Inform CAD, and six other agencies in the area are slated to join an integrated CAD and RMS system over the next five years . Located in Centennial, Colorado, the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office serves a population of nearly 600,000, and has 341 sworn officers.

SAN DIEGO, CA (November 14, 2017) – Technology significantly impacts emergency response. Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP) to Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP)—or ASAP to PSAP—is one such example. On average, the new technology helps speed up response to alarm calls by two to three minutes. Hamilton County Emergency Communications District partnered with ADS Security to lay the groundwork and be the first agency in Tennessee to deploy the new technology. The District uses TriTech Software Systems’ Next Generation 9-1-1 software, which includes Inform 911, Inform CAD, and Inform Mobile, to instantaneously receive the alarm service data as soon as the alarm monitoring service sends it.

The New York Capital Region's Counties of Saratoga, Albany, and Rensselaer were honored at the 50th Anniversary celebration on October 18, 2017 with the Achievement Award for intermunicipal work which promotes regional cooperation that brings solutions to community challenges.

The Apache Junction Police Department, located in Arizona, is upgrading to TriTech’s public safety software suite, which includes Inform CAD, Inform Mobile, and Inform RMS. The department is looking forward to the enhanced location functions to track officer and vehicle coordinates, compatibility with Next Generation 9-1-1 systems, and the web-based environment.

Montgomery County, Tennessee recently went live with a full suite of Inform public safety software solutions, including Computer Aided Dispatch, Advanced Mobile Solutions, Records Management and Jail Management Systems. This was a fast-tracked process that went from kickoff to go-live in less than eight months with the full-suite activated for all agencies on the same day.
