Chris Maloney
Chris Maloney serves as Chairman of the Board. As founder and past President/CEO of TriTech Software Systems, Chris' move to Chairman allows him to spend more time focusing on TriTech’s future direction and growth versus day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, TriTech grew to provide solutions to more than 3,000 agencies spanning 14 countries. Chris has more than 20 years of hands-on experience within the public safety industry. Prior to TriTech, Chris was founder and President/CEO of Voyager Systems, a public safety wireless software and services company. Early in his career, Chris held various positions in control center operations, field operations, and finance for a nationwide emergency medical services provider.

Euan Menzies
Euan Menzies has been a CEO of business-to-business software and information businesses since the early 1990s. Most recently from 2001 – 2013, Euan was the CEO of Vertafore, a leading provider of SaaS software and information solutions to the U.S. insurance sector. Vertafore was an investor in Insight III until December 2004. The current lead investor, TPG Capital, acquired the business for $1.4 billion in July 2010. Before joining Vertafore, Euan was a senior executive with The Thomson Corporation (now Thomson Reuters). Euan is a Chartered Accountant in the UK, and began his career with KPMG in Glasgow, Scotland, and New York. He received his undergraduate degree (B.Acc.) from Glasgow University. A native of Scotland, he has lived in the United States since 1984.

Richard Wells
Richard Wells has over 15 years of experience in investing and advising managers of software and technology companies. Richard joined Insight in 2005 from Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), a California-based technology private equity firm. Previously, Richard worked in product management at Veritas Software (now part of Symantec), and was in field sales for Paciolan Systems (now part of Ticketmaster). He began his career as a management consultant with Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), where he advised global technology companies on their marketing and business strategies. Richard received a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude) and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
