What is n-Tier Architecture?
VisiNet Law RMS contains 3 "logical" Tiers (Presentation, Business and Data) that are completely independent by function and only touch the tier above. For example, changes to the Data Tier do not touch the Presentation Tier.

• Internally each tier is hidden to the other and changes or updates to one tier do not require recompiling or modifying other tiers
