| The TriTech Program Management Office (PMO) consists of two integrated teams, Project Management and System Engineering, who share the responsibility for client implementation of TriTech's public safety solutions, as well secondary components. This integrated team approach has ensured clients with successful implementation of more than 150 systems in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
TriTech's proven methodology for project management is based on internationally recognized standards and processes as developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). We follow this standard methodology and have more than 15 years of experience in managing complex installations around the world to deliver a turnkey, reliable, robust solution to our clients.
