A: In order to make the most of your TriCON experience, we encourage you to arrive on Sunday, September 28 and join us for our Welcome Reception from 5 PM to 8 PM. We will also be providing complimentary shuttle service on Monday and Tuesday evenings from the Sheraton to the Gaslamp District and LIttle Italy for a wider selection of dining options.

Q: Is there a theme for the Welcome Reception?
A: The Welcome Reception celebrates who you are and to introduce you to other TriCON attendees. Our TriTech team will be wearing their TriTech-logo shirts, and we encourage you to proudly represent your agency as well. Many of our customers collect souveniers from other agenices, so we will have "swag swap" area. Bring items from your agency (apparel, pins, lanyards, patches, etc) to trade with other TriCON attendees.
Q: Do I need to bring a costume for the Wednesday closing dinner?
A: The closing dinner will be held onsite at the Sheraton from 5:30 PM to 10 PM. The theme for the Wednesday closing dinner is Super Heroes. We encourage you to dress up - from full costumes or just a super hero t-shirt. If you don't have a costume, we will have a cape and mask making station.
