Montgomery County, Tennessee recently went live with a full suite of Inform public safety software solutions, including Computer Aided Dispatch, Advanced Mobile Solutions, Records Management and Jail Management Systems. This was a fast-tracked process that went from kickoff to go-live in less than eight months with the full-suite activated for all agencies on the same day.

SAN DIEGO, CA (June 27, 2017)—Hall County, Georgia Department of Public Safety implemented a new Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system on June 20, 2017. The new system, which was funded through the SPLOST-VII tax approved for upgrades to the county infrastructure, will bring tangible improvements to citizen safety, including Automated Abandoned Call Processing and Caller Location Query.

An officer with Arkansas Game & Fish Wildlife was honored for his courage during an armed standoff near an elementary school. Cpl. Blake Broomfield disarmed an armed suspect, allowing officials to take the suspect into custody without further incident.

Investigators with the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office and Golden Meadow Police Department in Louisiana solved a forgery because of the data sharing capabilities of Zuercher Suite software. “We have access to information collected by all agencies within the parish instead of just ours, and it encourages collaboration and cooperation among our local jurisdictions.”
