An officer with Arkansas Game & Fish Wildlife was honored for his courage during an armed standoff near an elementary school. Cpl. Blake Broomfield disarmed an armed suspect, allowing officials to take the suspect into custody without further incident.

SAN DIEGO, CA (February 7, 2017) The City of Prescott signed a contract with TriTech Software Systems to install its Inform public safety suite at the Prescott Regional Communications Center (PRCC). The new public safety system will include a fully integrated computer aided dispatch, mobile and field reporting, and records management solution to be utilized by PRCC and its partner agencies.

SAN DIEGO, CA (January 17, 2017)—TriTech Software Systems, a leading provider of public safety software, and RapidSOS today announced a partnership and completion of a memorandum of understanding to integrate the TriTech Inform Computer Aided Dispatch platform with the RapidSOS NG911 Clearinghouse. Through this agreement, select TriTech customers will be able to harness location data from the RapidSOS Clearinghouse obtained from smartphone location sensors. RapidSOS will introduce its solution to the TriTech user base at the TriCON annual training conference this February.

The new technologies in place at Hamilton County, TriTech 911 installed in 2014, Inform CAD, and Inform Mobile, provide the County with a modernized communications solution to improve the delivery of services to its citizens.
