Recruiters
It is important that if you are a recruiter that you read the following policy before contacting us.

TriTech's Human Resources Department is the focal point for all recruiting and hiring at the company. If your agency is interested in establishing a relationship with TriTech, we require that you work directly with the Human Resources Department.

Presenting candidates to employees other than Human Resources is not appropriate. Should you contact our employees or managers, it will be viewed negatively and may preclude your ability to establish a relationship with the Company.

TriTech does not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from candidates. For the protection of all parties involved in the recruiting process, resumes will only be accepted from recruiters if a signed agreement is in place at the inception of the recruiting effort and authorized for a specified position. Unsolicited resumes sent to TriTech from recruiters do not constitute any type of relationship between the recruiter and TriTech and do not obligate TriTech to pay fees if we hire from those resumes.
