One of the most popular questions I receive about TriCON is "What are we doing for VisiFest?"   In honor of our first venture to Boston, we are going to highlight the wonderful offerings of our host city with a Bostonian Carnival.  Our event venue, the historic Park Plaza Castle, is conveniently located across the street from the Park Plaza Hotel to make transportation to and from the site quick and easy.  We are transforming the Park Plaza Castle into a bright and fun carnival complete with carnival games and roving carnival characters.

Because we will be in Boston, the location of several major events during the American Revolution, our carnival characters won't be a jugglers or psychic readers, but our favorite Boston Colonial Figures.  Meet Boston's Founding Fathers and watch history come alive? Join famous colonials as they regale you with 18th century song and story. Hear the truth about men in wigs, dressed with no pockets and Paul Revere's ride. Our interactive performers are not only well versed in the history of their characters, but they are trained entertainers ready to mingle with crowd. They share jokes, sing songs and share historical anecdotes. 

The menu for VisiFest will reflect the different neighborhoods of Boston.  Home to the Legendary Boston Red Sox, our Fenway Park station will include Steamed Fenway Franks, Italian Sausage Subs and Soft Whole Grain Mustard Pretzels.  Known as the city's Little Italy, our North End station will feature Penne a la Vodka, Tomato, Basil and Mozzerella Flatbread and Field Green Salad.  Rounding out our menu, the Boston Harbor station will feature Cajun Remoulade Crab Cakes, Coconut Fired Shrimp and Bacon Wrapped Scallops.  

Throughout the evening, we will be entertained by Pandemonium.  The party never stops with this band at the wheel! True to its name, the band Pandemonium has been known to cause craziness, commotion and a full-on PARTY on the dance-floor everywhere they play!
