We're happy to announce details for TriCON 2012 at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter. Opened in 2008, the Hilton Bayfront is San Diego’s newest downtown hotel featuring a vibrant waterfront location just minutes from Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego Convention Center, and PETCO Park.

- Industry tracks – The format of breakout sessions by industry (Law, Fire, EMS, Management, IT, and GIS) continues to be popular. We will continue to arrange our sessions in that format to offer industry-related sessions.
- Interactive roundtable discussions – Learning from peers is the heart of TriCON, so we will capitalize on that with interactive roundtable discussions and leverage the insights of our advanced TriTech users on GIS data processing workflows, building complex response plans, and more.
- In-depth training workshops – TriCON 2012 will feature longer sessions to dive deep into the weeds of technical training such as step by step demonstrations for Troubleshooting, Mobile Configuration, customizing Call-taking screen and PowerLine configurations, and more.
