Training

Training can mean the difference between life and death - We take it very seriously

We provide on-going training opportunities that guide clients on how to optimally utilize their software solution throughout the life of the system. Our training staff offer comprehensive courses that educate new clients on the best use of the solution for their specific user needs, provide detailed instruction for System Administrators to facilitate the technical management of the system, offer training (live and via the Web) on upgraded versions, and travel to the client location with multiple team members during the go live of their public safety system.

End User Training: TriTech trainers educate end users and Support Personnel on the features and functionality of the different aspects of the CAD, Mobile, RMS Corrections Management, Civil Process, and EMS Patient Care Reporting solutions to prepare them for using the system in a live environment.

CAD Administrators Course: A comprehensive technical course (length varies between Imc CAD and VisiCAD) trains CAD Administrators and staff members on how to set up and administer application code files, activate optional features and how to perform basic troubleshooting of the system.

System Administrators Course: A comprehensive three-day technical course trains System Administrators and staff members on how to set up and administer application configurations, perform preventative maintenance, manage and monitor interfaces, manage system operation and database settings for application support and troubleshooting of the system.

For VisiNet Solution Go Lives: TriTech personnel, including Project Management, Business Analysis, and Technical Services Representatives, are on hand 24 hours a day during the go-live phase to ensure the system operates to specification, and to ascertain that users are fully trained and capable of operating the system.
