The TriTech Program Management Office (PMO) consists of two integrated teams, Project Management and System Engineering, who share the responsibility for client implementation of TriTech's public safety solutions, as well secondary components.

Business Analysts add a business perspective to each implementation. Their extensive real world public safety industry experience helps them understand the features of our products from the client's perspective.

A team of industry-focused experts including Systems Engineers, Business Analysts, and Configuration Engineers comprise the core of the Project Management function.

We provide on-going training opportunities that guide clients on how to optimally utilize their software solution throughout the life of the system. Our training staff offer comprehensive courses that educate new clients on the best use of the solution for their specific user needs, provide detailed instruction for System Administrators to facilitate the technical management of the system, offer training (live and via the Web) on upgraded versions, and travel to the client location with multiple team members during the go live of their public safety system.

Our Project Management department ensures mutual participation and communication between our clients and TriTech--resulting in a seamless transition to system go live. TriTech Project Managers are certified by the Project Management Institute as Project Management Professionals.
