Several Agencies “Go Live” On TriTech Software Systems’ Imc Solution Suite

 Modular, quick to deploy, solution suite helps smaller agencies provide effective and efficient public safety services

TriTech’s Imc Solutions suite is an affordable and fully integrated computer-aided dispatch, mobile data, records, civil and corrections management software for small- to medium-sized agencies.

Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Protection & Safety (Elmhurst, IL) went live February 16, 2011 at 0900hrs, on Imc CAD with paging Add On. This was a fast paced deployment taking only 2 months and is the first Imc Solutions implementation in the state of Illinois. The agency provides protection services for the Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare campus which includes a hospital that operates 330 beds and has a staff of more than 3,000 employees and 600 physicians.

The Eastham MA Police Department went live February 14, 2011 at 0900hrs, on Imc CAD with Fire Dispatch Add On, Law RMS with imaging and forms/attachments, Smart Shot Booking Camera Interface, E911 interface, Administrative Manager, Investigative, Add-Hoc Reporting (DDF), Mobile with State Interface and Cross Agency, and Mapping. The department became a client of Tritech Software Systems in August, 2010 and their implementation took approximately 6 months to complete. The Town of Eastham, MA covers an area of 27.26 square miles and has a year round population of 5,646. The police department consists of 5 civilian employees and 15 sworn officers that received 8223 Calls for Service and 3471 Incidents in 2010.

The Weston MA Fire Department went live on January 13, 2011 at 0800hrs on Imc Fire RMS with Fire Calendar, Administrative Manager and Mobile for FIRE/EMS. The department will also be going live with Imc Fire/EMS CAD in the coming weeks. The Town of Weston, MA covers an area of 17.3 square miles and has a population of 11,698. The fire department is a Combination department which consists of 30 permanent and 5 call firefighters. The department responds to approximately 2100 calls for service annually, of which 1000 are ambulance related.

The Holden MA Fire Department went live on January 6, 2011 at 1300hrs on Imc Fire RMS with Fire Calendar, Administrative Manager and Mobile for FIRE/EMS. The Town of Holden, MA covers an area of 36.2 square miles and has a population of 15,621. The fire department is a combination department which consists of 14 fulltime and 40 call firefighters.
