Receiving this designation recognizes Marion’s Public Safety Communications staff’s ability to comply with all international practice standards for emergency Fire and Medical dispatch. Marion County Public Safety Communications utilizes TriTech’s VisiCAD Command computer-aided dispatch solution which seamlessly integrates with Priority Dispatch’s ProQA Medical and Fire protocols to create a unified standard for dispatchers. As ProQA guides dispatchers in providing all relevant Post-Dispatch and Pre-Arrival Instructions, VisiCAD Command provides resource recommendations to minimize response times and ensures efficient emergency response.
