2011 Ad Campaign: Reshaping the Future

TriTech Software Systems Launches New Advertising Campaign: Reshaping the Future
Campaign focuses on the challenges faced by Public Safety agencies and highlights new models embraced to improve operations

SAN DIEGO, CA (August 6, 2011) TriTech Software Systems, the leading provider of public safety and medical transport solutions, launches new advertising campaign titled “Reshaping the Future” at APCO International Conference and Expo. The campaign focuses on the current challenges public safety agencies are experiencing and how new models of operations are enabling agencies to succeed.

“The public safety industry has changed dramatically within the past five years – budget limitations, increased demands and consolidations,” says Chris Maloney, TriTech president and CEO. “With no end in sight to economic restrictions amidst continued growths in service, agencies have to reshape the way they manage information and conduct operations. We’re providing flexible solutions and proposing new models of operating to help clients reshape the way they manage information to help them focus on what’s important – ensuring public safety. ”

The series of advertisements juxtapose historical photos of communication centers, law enforcement vehicles and patient care systems with current, more technologically advanced photos. The photos and case studies of the “Reshaping the Future” campaign highlight the use of TriTech solutions in reshaping and streamlining information management and operations.

The highlights of the campaign include case studies that focus on how TriTech reshapes client operations including:

  • VisiNet Advisor, a 2010 APCO Hot Product, provides a new dispatch workflow by concisely prioritizing and displaying information and suggested actions in a cleanly formatted window. The dispatcher can immediately execute or clear the recommended action without leaving the Advisor window.
  • Through an integrated mapping display in the VisiCAD computer-aided dispatch system, the City of Loveland is reshaping incident and unit information into an easy-to-read map and accurately directing responders to the exact location of an incident.
  • Bexar County Sheriff’s Office has developed a customized VisiNet Mobile data system that is intuitive and is reshaping the way deputies receive important incident and criminal information.
  • With a fully integrated solution with quick and easy information retrieval from the field and the office, the Gahanna Division of Police have reshaped operations and experiencing administrative workflow improvements with TriTech's Imc Solutions
  • Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority uses information captured in Fusion ePCR to improve efficiency in their ambulance transports.

TriTech’s vision of the future of public safety is grounded upon streamlining workflows to reshape the way agencies manage information and utilize advanced technology. As part of the campaign, TriTech is soliciting ideas from the general public on their vision of the future at www.tritech.com/future. Entries are being pooled and a winner will be selected randomly to win an iPad 2. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, August 9 at APCO International Conference.
