Partnership to Combine Public Safety Applications to Enhance the Efficient of Law Enforcement Officers and Streamline Administrative Operations
March 2, 2009 - TriTech Software Systems, a leader in public safety software solutions, announces its partnership with Advanced Public Safety (APS), a market leader in customized mobile software applications. The integration of TriTech’s mobile data and records management solutions, VisiNet Mobile and VisiNet Law RMS, with APS’ Electronic Ticketing and Field Based Reporting applications will deliver a comprehensive, fully integrated solution improving the efficiency and effectiveness of law enforcement officers. The formalized partnership allows for the standardization of the interface to the systems for greater ease in system deployments and tighter integration between the systems.

TriTech’s VisiNet enterprise suite of computer-aided dispatch, mobile data and records management solutions supports nearly every facet of public safety command and control, deployment, logistics, and decision support. Complementing TriTech products, the Electronic Ticketing and Field-Based Reporting solutions of APS will enable officers to generate and complete an electronic ticket or reports from VisiNet Mobile. The information entered will be electronically submitted to supervisor for review and approval and seamlessly integrate with the VisiNet Law RMS database. Real-time access to critical data and the ability to generate and submit reports from the field within one integrated solution greatly minimizes the paper flow and streamlines administrative operations.
