
Chris Maloney is President, CEO and a founder of TriTech Software Systems where he oversees day to day operations and strategic direction of the company. Under his leadership, more than 2,200 agencies spanning seven countries rely on TriTech’s solutions.
Mr. Maloney has more than 20 years of hands-on experience within the public safety industry. He was founder and President/CEO of Voyager Systems, a public safety wireless software and services company. Early in his career, Mr. Maloney held various positions in control center operations, field operations, and finance for a nationwide emergency medical services provider. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Computer Science from the University of California at San Diego.
Gary Bunyard is Vice President of Sales for TriTech Software Systems. Under his guidance, the sales team is driven to increase sales revenues and increase market presence of TriTech Software Systems.
Mr. Bunyard has been a public safety industry leader in sales and executive management for over 20 years. Prior to TriTech, he held several leadership roles at many public safety companies including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at VisionAIR, as well as serving as President and CEO with Tiburon, Inc. Through his energy, commitment to clients, and continuous focus on business development, Mr. Bunyard was a driving force in a company's growth and success over many years.
Mr. Bunyard's experience includes working in sales and sales management for IBM Corporation, predominately in the state and local government marketplace. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
Michael D. Nabors is Senior Vice President of Operations for VisiNet Solutions, where he manages the VisiNet Program Management, Technical Services, Engineering and Quality Assurance Departments. Under his direction, the VisiNet Solutions team manages all aspects of software development, project implementation and system support and maintenance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Previously, Mr. Nabors held positions as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TriTech.
Mr. Nabors has more than 32 years of experience in the emergency services industry. Prior to joining TriTech, Mr. Nabors served as EMS Administrator for the Fresno/Kings/Madera EMS Agency based in Fresno, CA. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.
As Chief Financial Officer, Blake Clark is responsible for all finance, accounting and administration functions and plays an integral role in managing TriTech’s growth in order to achieve its strategic goals. Mr. Clark brings more than 20 years of corporate finance, strategic planning and management experience.
Mr. Clark has been an executive and corporate level manager at both public and private technology companies ranging from start-up to $150M in annual revenues and has maintained his roots in San Diego during his entire career. Mr. Clark most recently served as CFO for Z Microsystems as well as Cardiff Software where he saw the company grow to nearly $30M in annual revenues and facilitated Cardiff’s successful acquisition by Verity.
As Vice President of Operations for EMS Solutions, Ms. Barry oversees all business activities for TriTech's Emergency Medical Solutions team located in the Decorah, Iowa Office. She focuses on day-to-day general operations, support, development, quality assurance and internal billing services. Ms. Barry leads her team towards their mission of being the customer’s preferred provider of integrated information and decision-making software support systems in the Emergency Medical Service industry.
Ms. Barry joined the company in 1992 when it operated as Sweet Computer Services and later Ortivus North America. She has held several positions including sales representative, support dispatcher, support technician, trainer, support group leader, manager and director of support services. Ms. Barry is an active member in EMS industry with a membership in the American Ambulance Association.
Chris McAllister is Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for TriTech Software Systems. Mr. McAllister oversees the product management activities across the company which includes managing the entire product roadmap and marketing strategies for TriTech’s VisiNet, Imc and EMS Solutions.
Mr. McAllister brings over 25 years of product management and development experience as a vendor delivering mission critical software products. He has a strong focus on managing product management philosophy and processes to balance customer expectations while supporting corporate growth initiatives. Prior to joining TriTech, Mr. McAllister was Senior Director of Product Management at Oracle where he successfully managed the growth of its GoldenGate product line from $25 million to $140 million in revenue. In addition, he has experience with several different types of development methodologies including Agile as well as familiarity with different technology platforms. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science from California State University, Chico.
David Crussell joins TriTech Software Systems as the Vice President of Process Improvement. He will work alongside the division managers of TriTech’s business units to establish best practices and processes to deliver a premium level of customer service and drive efficiency to accelerate growth.
Mr. Crussell brings to TriTech a broad experience in IT, software engineering and healthcare where he played critical roles in driving business growth and profitability. He started as a software engineer and worked his way to development manager for 8 years at GE Medical Systems. He was General Manager of Radiation Therapy Planning & Information Systems at ADAC Laboratories, and served as Chief Operating Officer at SumTotal Systems for five years. Mr. Crussell holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Computer Science from Southampton University.
As Vice President of Operations for VisionAIR, Mr. Lyons oversees all business activities for the VisionAIR office in Castle Hayne, North Carolina. He focuses on the day-to-day general operations including development, quality assurance, and support for VisionAIR products and clients. Mr. Lyons leads the VisionAIR team in its efforts of serving the company's growing client base through the development of reliable solutions and the management of dedicated client services to improve an agency's operations.
Mr. Lyons joined the company in 2002 as VisionAIR's Chief Operating Officer and served later as President and CEO. Under his leadership, Mr. Lyons has transformed VisionAIR into a growing, profitable company with high levels of client satisfaction. Previously, Mr. Lyons was with Printrak, where he held many executive roles including General Manager, Vice President for the Public Safety CAD and Records Management Division and Vice President of Operations. Mr. Lyons is committed to public safety and an active participant in many industry organizations. He is a member of the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO). Additionally, Mr. Lyons served for six years as a Board Director and past president of the IJIS Institute, a non-profit organization that brings together industry and government to improve mission-critical information sharing.

As Vice President of Operations for Imc Solutions, Mr. Sisk is responsible for the day‐to‐day activities of the Imc Solutions team, located at the North Grafton, Massachusetts office. He focuses on developing the company’s strategic direction and ensuring that Imc Solutions will continue its success by managing core product development, implementation and sales.
Mr. Sisk’s experience in the public safety field started in 1989 when he began working with Intergraph Public Safety. He gained additional experience in positions held with Cerulean Technologies. Just prior to joining TriTech, he served as President of Global Software for seven years. Since join joining TriTech in 2010, he has been the National Sales Director for Imc Solutions. Phil holds a double major in Business Management and Computer Science from Jacksonville State University, one the leading institutes in the country for Telecommunications and Emergency Management.
