TriTech Software Systems, a leading provider of public safety software, proudly reports that Foxborough Police Department is taking great strides in maintaining public safety through their use of the Imc Records Solution. The Foxborough Police Department hosts a booking station at Gillette Stadium to process custodies during football games and other stadium events. During the widely attended New England Country Music Festival at Gillette Stadium, the Foxborough Police Department used the Imc Records Solution to process a staggering 285 people into custody within a 10‐hour period.
According to Sgt. Allan Haskell of the Foxborough Police Department, “The system performed flawlessly, not a single issue arose. We set up several additional remote connections switching seamlessly between the different Imc Records, Imc CAD and Imc Mobile solutions, and the system did not crash or even seem to slow down. Given that several of our computers at the stadium were operating on an older operating system and hardware, the stability of the Imc Solution is even more remarkable.”

“ Without the flawless performance of our Imc Solutions system, we never would have been able to successfully process the overwhelming number of custodies,”- Sgt. Allan Haskell, Foxborough Police Department, Massachusetts

Due to a tragic alcohol related crash of two girls following last year’s concert festival, the Foxborough Police Department established a zero tolerance policy for intoxicated minors and minors in possession of alcohol. Despite the extensive media coverage about the policy, the Foxborough Police Department made preparations to accommodate a large number of arrests. Two additional booking stations of Imc Records were set up, along with additional Imc Mobile and Imc Dispatch stations in the stadium command center and parking lot control center. A total of seven remote connections were established in addition to the applications in use by regular shift officers and dispatchers at police headquarters.
Imc Law Records solution facilitates effortless data entry, management and reporting. From incident to investigation to arrest, critical information is entered only once and easily accessible from other applications by authorized personnel. With seamless integration to Imc Computer‐Aided Dispatch and other Imc modules, the Foxborough Police Department is equipped with an affordable, yet powerful single platform for high performance community protection.
