Cancellation policy: All cancellations/substitutions must be made in writing. If a client cancels their VisiCon registration, the registration fees will be rolled over as credit for the next year's VisiCon or into their maintenance pool. If a client would like a refund they must provide written notice two weeks prior to the conference start date, and we will provide them a refund minus a $100 processing fee.
