Chris Maloney

Chris Maloney is Chairman of the Board, President/CEO and a founder of TriTech Software Systems where he oversees day to day operations and strategic direction of the company. Under his leadership, TriTech’s client base of VisiNet and Imc Solutions has grown to over 850 installations in public safety agencies spanning seven countries.

Mr. Maloney has more than 20 years of hands-on experience within the public safety industry. He was formerly founder and President/CEO of Voyager Systems, a public safety wireless software and services company. Early in his career, Mr. Maloney held various positions in control center operations, field operations, and finance for a nationwide emergency medical services provider. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Computer Science from the University of California at San Diego.

Cy Cole

Cy Cole currently serves on the Board of Directors for TriTech, and in his expanded role as Vice President of Sales, Mr. Cole directs the efforts of the sales team. Under his guidance, the sales team is driven to increase sales revenues and increase market presence of TriTech Software Systems.

Mr. Cole brings over 20 years of public safety experience to TriTech Software Systems. He began his public safety career with the Larimer County Sheriff’s Department in Fort Collins, Colorado working in Patrol, Investigations, and Administration. Following his law enforcement career, Mr. Cole built a distinguished history in the public safety software industry with several executive roles including Vice President of Sales at Intergraph, President of SunPro Fire Service Software and Vice President of Open Software Solutions, Inc. (OSSI), a division of SunGard.

Michael D. Nabors

Michael D. Nabors is Vice President of Operations where he manages the Client Account Management, Technical Services, Information Systems and Product Management teams, which collectively serve as the single point of contact for supporting clients’ needs. Under his direction, the Client Services department has developed a proprietary tiered response methodology for faster problem resolution and enhanced customer satisfaction. Previously he held positions as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TriTech.

Mr. Nabors has more than 16 years of experience in the private and public emergency services industry. Prior to joining TriTech, Mr. Nabors served as EMS Administrator for the Fresno/Kings/Madera EMS Agency based in Fresno, CA. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Angelina Hendricks

Angelina Hendricks is Vice President of Engineering where she leads the research and development of TriTech product suite, custom software and mapping solutions. Under her management, the engineering department has developed methodology and established best practices to achieve Gold Certified Managed ISV status from Microsoft.

Ms. Hendricks brings more than 10 years of software development and management expertise with a variety of companies. Prior to joining TriTech, Ms. Hendricks was employed as a Development Team Lead at RDA Corporation on WebCRD, one of the world's mission-critical Internet applications for the securities industry. In addition, she held important technical positions with such companies as Barranca Software and American Innovations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Northwestern University, and a Master's degree in History from the University of Texas.

Blake Clark

As Chief Financial Officer, Blake Clark is responsible for all finance, accounting and administration functions and plays an integral role in managing TriTech’s growth in order to achieve its strategic goals. Mr. Clark brings more than 20 years of corporate finance, strategic planning and management experience.

Mr. Clark has been an executive and corporate level manager at both public and private technology companies ranging from start-up to $150M in annual revenues and has maintained his roots in San Diego during his entire career. Mr. Clark most recently served as CFO for Z Microsystems as well as Cardiff Software where he saw the company grow to nearly $30M in annual revenues and facilitated Cardiff’s successful acquisition by Verity. 

Leo Hisoire

As General Manager of Imc Solutions, Mr. Hisoire is responsible for the day‐to‐day operations of Imc. His focus is on developing the company’s strategic direction and ensuring that Imc will continue its success by maintaining Imc’s core product development, implementation and customer service methodologies.

Mr. Hisoire boasts over 16 years experience in the public safety industry and Imc. Most recently serving as Director of Engineering, Mr. Hisoire managed the design and development of Imc’s comprehensive product suite and related interfaces through the entire product life cycle. Through collaboration with the Imc Executive Management Team and its customers, Mr. Hisoire has been instrumental in delivering and supporting software with an excellent end-customer experience while achieving compliance with business and technical requirements and standards.
