Health and Well-being

The following is available to all full-time employees:

• TriTech offers three medical insurance plan options (HMO, POS, High and Low). A PPO Dental Plan. A Vision Plan. Health and Dependent Care Flexible, Private Premium Spending Accounts are also offered.
• Various voluntary benefits that include additional Life, AD&D and Long Term Disability insurnace for the employee and eligible dependents. We also offer a voluntary pet insurance plan.

Financial Well-being

• Retirement Savings 401(k) Plan with a company match & Roth 401(k).
• Income protection is provided at to employees through short term and long term disability benefits, sick leave, and workers' compensation benefits.

Time Off
Full-time TriTech employees accrue paid vacation time throughout each year. TriTech observes 9 paid holidays each calendar year.
