Chris Maloney

Chris Maloney is President/CEO of TriTech Software Systems. Mr. Maloney is Chairman of the company's Board of Directors, coordinates all day-to-day operations and is also involved in long-term strategic development.

Rick Williams

Rick Williams joined the Board of Directors in December 2006 as part of TriTech's partnership with WestView Capital Partners. Mr. Williams is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WestView and was previously a Partner in Tudor Investment Corporation's private equity group, a global investment firm with over $10 billion in capital.

Jonathan Hunnicutt

Jonathan Hunnicutt, a Principal at WestView Capital Partners, joined the Board of Directors in December 2006 as part of TriTech's partnership with WestView. Previously, Mr. Hunnicutt was an Associate at Weston Presidio, a private equity firm with over $2.2 billion in capital.

Cy Cole

Cy Cole possesses extensive experience in the public safety software industry. Mr. Cole has held executive positions at Unisys Corporation, Integraph Public Safety, SunPro Fire Service Software and Sungard OSSI where he was directly responsible for increasing sales and operation revenues.
